Introduction-
- Electric Current - Electric Current Is The Flow Of Electric Charge Through A Conductor Such As Metal Wire. The SI Unit Of electric Current Is Ampere. Formula - I=Q/T.
- Potential Difference - The Potential Difference Between Two Points Is In Electric Circuit Is Defined As The Amount Of Work Done In Moving A Unit Charge From One Point To The Other point. The SI unit Of Potential Difference Is Volt. Formula - V=W/Q.
- Resistance - Resistance Is The Property Of A Conductor Due To Which It Resist The Flow Of Current Through It. The SI Unit Of resistance Is Ohm.
- Ohm's Law - According To Ohm's Law - At Constant Temperature The Current Flowing Through A Conductor Is Directly Proportional To Potential Difference across Its Ends. Mathematically -
V ∝ I V = I x R
- Rheostat - A Rheostat Is a Variable Resistor Which Is Used for Controlling The Flow Of Electric Current By Increasing Or decreasing The resistance.
